The house with its guesthouse is located in Hangvar in northwestern Gotland, 3 kilometers north of Visby near the stunning Ireviken beach. The house is a detached villa of about 100 sqm with a guest cottage of 15 sqm on the plot. In total there are 9 beds in the house distributed on; 3 beds in the upstairs bedroom. Double bed in bedroom upstairs. Sofa bed with two comfortable beds in the living room downstairs. As well as 2 beds in the guest cottage. In addition, extra mattresses are available on the floor of the guesthouse or bedroom. The house works well for two families who want to vacation together.
Municipal water and sewer are installed and there is a dishwasher and washing machine. Large covered terrace in a secluded location with seating for 10 people, front patio with space for coffee and smaller meals.
