The screen on the wall in the living room has no ordinary TV features but only an Apple TV device connected. It is therefore possible to stream Swedish TV-channels directly from Apple TV or use the Airplay feature on an Apple device (phone, iPad or PC) to display other TV channels, movies or pictures on the screen on the road.
If you want to rent movies, you must enter your Apple ID. Do not forget to remove it from the device as you leave the house, so no one else rents movies to your account by mistake.
