Terms of Rental
The cottage is normally rented on a weekly basis with arrival earliest on Sunday at 12:00 and departure Sunday at 12.00 at the latest.The cottage can be rented out for short periods by agreement. The cottage is equipped for self-catering. Cleaning and linen are not included in the price unless otherwise agreed upon booking.
Payment
Prepayment is applied, therefore, 20% pays as soon as a booking is confirmed, but not later than seven days to hold reservation.The remaining amount paid no later than seven days before the rental period begins.In case of cancellation will not be refunded the advance payment or the final payment.If payment is not received on time, the booking will be deleted.
Number of people
Max number of tenants is 9 (adults and children). Five beds at the top floor in the main building, two beds in the expandable sofa in the living room and two beds in the guest house.
Satisfaction policy
Show respect and be sure not to disturb the surroundings unnesscessarily (human & animals). Cottages location beside the water makes the sound easily carry long distance. Show respect for the community by having this in mind specially from dusk/nightfall and during outdoors activities.
Responsibility
The reservation is binding after confirmation payment, in case of cancellation no refunding will be at paid amount.In case of damage caused by the tenant immediately contact should be taken with the renter.The tenant may not put the lease of the cottage to someone else.
Other
The cottage is non smoking and pets are not allowed.
